The "All" collection can be used to modify how the products appear on the All Products page (i.e. https://tylersdemo.myshopify.com/collections/all) which is typically defaults to alphabetical A-Z, see more info on guide. Check the SEO settings, it should be the same
https://tylersdemo.myshopify.com/collections/all as the default for the "All Products" page.
